A Safer Tub or Shower for Your Bonita Springs Home

Some people call after a close call in the tub. Others want the bath ready for the years ahead, or for a parent who visits and needs a steadier way in. In Bonita Springs, on Florida's southwest coast, the reasons vary, but the fix lives in one spot: the tub or the shower.

For a Bonita Springs home, this work centers on the wet area. A tub that is hard to step over can become a Jacuzzi® walk-in shower with easier step-in access, or a barrier-free shower. If you still want to soak, a new bathtub can come with slip-resistant surfaces, grab bars and built-in seating. A walk-in tub adds a low-threshold entry, an easy-to-open, water-sealing door and an integrated seat, with options like water jets, heated air and quick drain. Work in Bonita Springs includes two shower replacements and one bathtub replacement. The bathtub job, from 2024, has smooth Alabaster walls, Matte Black fixtures and a dual bypass door.

Bonita Springs sits in Lee County, with I-75 and US 41 both running through town. The Imperial River runs through downtown and empties into Estero Bay. Neighborhoods include Pelican Landing and Bonita Bay. The population swings with the seasons, as snowbirds and tourists arrive, mostly in the winter months. For your own home, the useful questions are simple. Where would you want something to hold? Would a seat help? How hard is the step in today?

Cost comes down to your choices and your space. A quote looks at the size and layout of the shower or tub area, whether it is a shower or a bathtub, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat, shelves or grab bars. With a walk-in tub, the tub size and the accessibility and wellness features you choose set the number. No two bathrooms are the same, so each one is quoted in the home. The free quote takes in the product and the installation.

It starts with a call to set up a design consultation, and all homeowners are asked to be there. A designer listens, builds a custom plan with options and a free quote, and you choose the colors, finishes and safety features. Anna F. said her designer "catered to our needs for both beauty and safety." When you are ready, Love Your Bath sets the install date. At the end, the crew goes over every detail and activates the lifetime warranty right then.

After that, the bath is easier to use every day. You walk in, you have something to hold, and you can sit when you want to. The lifetime warranty covers you for as long as you own the home. If Medicare, help paying or walk-in tub alternatives are on your mind, those questions have their own pages below.
