Can a bathroom done in one day really be any good?
An honest look at fast installs, for anyone weighing bathroom remodeling in Fort Myers, FL.
A one-day bathroom sounds like a sales line, and you are right to be careful. In Fort Myers or anywhere else, you may worry that fast means thin materials or a crew in a rush. The real answer depends on what is being replaced and who is doing the work, so that is where to look first.
Speed is not the warning sign people think it is. A job can be quick because the scope is small. When only the tub or shower is replaced and the rest of the room stays put, there is far less to tear out and rebuild. The things that should worry you are a product nobody stands behind and an installer you never see again. Those problems can show up on a slow job just as easily as a fast one.
Installs take in as little as one day. Some take a second day, rarely. Larry G. wrote that his walk-in shower stall job was "completed in 1 1/2 days." The time depends on your space and what you pick, such as a shower or a bathtub, the base, the walls and extras like a seat or grab bars. A good company tells you plainly what the job includes before anyone starts.
Before you sign with anyone, ask two things. What is the product, and who installs it? With Love Your Bath, the answer is a genuine Jacuzzi® system, from a brand with 110+ years behind it, put in mainly by their own crews. That way one company is accountable from start to finish. Call this week and ask them to walk you through how a job like yours goes, step by step.
Done right, a fast install just means less time without your bathroom. You get grout-free walls that help reduce mold and mildew buildup, and a shower or tub that looks new for real. Susan K. wrote about "quality installed products for our 70ies shower area to NOW look brand new!!" That is the result worth paying attention to.

Other things people in Fort Myers ask
how much does a jacuzzi bath remodel cost
The price depends on whether you replace the tub, the shower or both, the size of the space, and the finishes and safety features you pick. A designer comes to your home and gives you a free, written quote with every option priced, so there are no surprises.
what to avoid when renovating a bathroom
The common mistakes are tearing out more than you need, hiring several trades who blame each other, and choosing materials with no real warranty. Replace only what needs replacing, use one company that installs and stands behind the work, and get the warranty in writing when the job is done.
