Seeing Jacuzzi® bath ads and wondering what yours would cost?
Plain answers on what drives the price of bathroom remodeling for homes in Rockledge, FL.
The ads make a Jacuzzi® bath remodel look simple, but they never show your bathroom. In Rockledge, your shower might be in a home off Rockledge Drive or in Fairway Estates, and its size and shape are its own. Before you call anyone, you want to know how the price gets set.
An ad can show a finished shower, but it cannot price yours. Every shower and tub is custom. You choose the wall type and color, the base type and color, and the fixture colors, and custom pans are made when the existing shape fits. Every one is quoted in the home, because no two bathrooms are the same.
Here is what the price depends on: the size and layout of your shower or tub space, whether you want a shower or a bathtub, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat, shelves or grab bars. If you are thinking about a walk-in tub, the tub size and the accessibility and wellness features you choose count too. The quote covers both the product and the installation.
This week, write down what you want changed. Is it the look, the step-in, a place to sit? Then call Love Your Bath for a free quote at home. A designer comes out, listens and builds a custom plan with options. All homeowners are asked to be at the visit, so plan for that. Do not decide based on a number from an ad or from somebody else's job.
With the quote in hand, you know your price and what is in it. If you go ahead, the products carry a lifetime warranty that covers you for as long as you own the home. Sam K. wrote about the installer: "He went above and beyond. He did a fantastic job."
What people in Rockledge say
"I recently had my bathtub converted into a walk-in shower, and Joselito and his team did an outstanding job. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they took pride in their work. The team was punctual, respectful of my home, kept the workspace clean, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new shower looks and functions beautifully. My wife and I are so happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them for any bathroom renovation. Thanks again for a job well done!"
"The whole process was amazing! Love your bath estimated 2 days to complete the project but our installers Joe S. and Anthony D. completed the project in one day. They were very professional and they made sure to clean up after they were done. We are very happy with our new shower! We are getting custom glass enclosure as well through Love your bath, but that is a different installer."
"Sam installed a new shower today. He went above and beyond. He did a fantastic job. Very professional and courteous. We would highly recommend Sam and Love your bath!!"
Other things people in Rockledge ask
are one day bath remodels worth it
A fast job is possible because only the tub or shower is replaced, not the whole room. What matters is the product and who stands behind it. We install genuine Jacuzzi® systems, mainly with our own crews, and activate a lifetime warranty when the job is done. Most jobs take as little as one day; some take longer, and we will tell you which at the design visit.
what to avoid when renovating a bathroom
The common mistakes are tearing out more than you need, hiring several trades who blame each other, and choosing materials with no real warranty. Replace only what needs replacing, use one company that installs and stands behind the work, and get the warranty in writing when the job is done.
