Shower Replacement in Lehigh Acres: New Shower, Same Bathroom
What to know about shower replacement in Lehigh Acres, FL: the options, the price factors and the install.
Lehigh Acres is one of the fastest growing communities in Lee County, with Homestead Road and Lee Boulevard as its main commercial roads. Whether your house is new to you or long paid off, the shower is often where wear shows first. When it does, you want it replaced without redoing the whole bathroom.
Shower replacement in Lehigh Acres means the old shower is taken out and a Jacuzzi® shower system is set in its place. It comes with a low basin, a stone or tile look surround and walls that are easy to keep clean. The surfaces are grout-free and antimicrobial, which helps reduce mold and mildew buildup. We have replaced two showers and one bathtub in Lehigh Acres. One 2025 shower has smooth Champagne walls with Brushed Nickel fixtures and an exposed roller door. Another, also from 2025, has Alabaster walls in a 3x6 subway pattern and Chrome fixtures. You pick the wall type and color, the base and the fixture finish.
The median age in Lehigh Acres is 34.8 years, and Harns Marsh Preserve, a 578-acre preserve, sits in Lehigh Acres too. Those facts do not change how a shower is installed. The answer for you lives in your own bathroom. Look at whether the step into the shower is easy, whether the walls clean up, and whether a seat, shelves or grab bars would make it work better for the way you use it.
Quotes happen in the home, since no two bathrooms are the same. Your price depends on the size and layout of the shower space, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat or grab bars. The work stays in the wet area, so floors and full remodels are not part of it. The free quote covers the product and the installation. Specific cost questions are answered below.
Step one is a call. Next comes a visit from a Love Your Bath designer, who listens and builds a custom plan with options; all homeowners are asked to be there. Step three is choosing colors, finishes and safety features. Then comes the install, which takes as little as one day and only rarely a second. When the work is done, the crew walks you through every detail.
When it is all over, you have a shower that is easy to step into and easy to clean, in a bathroom that otherwise looks the same. David B. said the installer "left the bathroom cleaner than when he started."

What people in Lehigh Acres say
"Our Installer, Tristan, did an excellent job. Our new shower looks great! He left the bathroom cleaner than when he started and was careful not to leave any sign that half the bathroom had been ripped out to install the new shower. In the end, this was on the higher end of the quotes we got but, we are confident it was also the highest quality install."
