Taking out the only tub, or adding one back: smart move?
Thinking through tub versus shower before a shower-to-tub conversion in Lehigh Acres, FL.
Maybe you bought a home in Lehigh Acres with only a shower, and now a tub seems like the better fit. Or you are worried that any change will hurt resale or leave you wishing you had gone the other way. Before you decide, it pays to think about the people who use this room.
This choice is about who bathes in the house. A tub is a good fit when you want a bath back, for small children or for resale. A walk-in shower offers easier step-in access for anyone who finds a tub wall hard to step over. Both are good choices. The wrong one is simply the one that does not fit your household.
Look ahead a few years. Are there small children at home now, or on the way? Do grandkids stay over? Does anyone already find getting in and out of a tub tricky? A Jacuzzi® tub can include grab bars, a built-in seat and a slip-resistant surface. If the house has a second tub elsewhere, the stakes on this one are lower. The job only touches the tub or shower area, never the whole room.

What people in Lehigh Acres say
"Just met with Brian and he went over everything and he helped share his opinions on what would look good. As a designer and his years of an experiences, he shared with us real customers photos, a mock up what it will look like, what the industry pricing is, competitors, and overall I can’t wait for the new shower to be installed. I went forward because of jacuzzi reputation, reviews on BBB and Google that I felt comfortable."
"Excellent company all around from beginning to end. They really listened to our wants and went above and beyond to make us happy!"
"We are extremely pleased with our new walk-in shower. Out installers, Joel and Kim were totally professional and did an outstanding job. We would highly recommend Love Your Bath and these installers to anyone considering a similar project. GREAT JOB!!!"
