Is a one-day tub or shower swap too fast to be done well?
What really happens on a fast install day, for bathroom remodeling in New Port Richey, FL.
You have seen the promise of a new bath in a day, and you are not sure you buy it. If you live in New Port Richey, you want the old tub gone, but in your experience fast and cheap tend to travel together. The real question is whether speed costs you anything you would miss later.
A quick install is not a shortcut on quality. It is a smaller job. The work stays inside the wet area, so only the tub or shower comes out and the new one goes in. There is no new floor to lay and no vanity to set, and those are the parts that stretch most remodels out.
Most installs take in as little as one day. Once in a while, a job needs a second day. Walls are not always square, either. Richard P. said he was very pleased with the results "even with the technician having to deal with badly out of square walls." The price is quoted in your home and depends on the size and layout of the space, a shower or a tub, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and any seat or grab bars.
Before you book, ask who will be in your home on install day. With Love Your Bath, the installers are primarily W-2 employees rather than mostly outside crews. Ask how long your own job is likely to take, and keep a second day open in your plans just in case. Carol F. described her installer's work as "so professional, on time, clean, personable."
Soon the old tub is out and something like a 2025 New Port Richey bathtub is in, with Alabaster walls in a herringbone pattern and Brushed Nickel fixtures. Your bathroom is back in use, and the house never turned into a job site for weeks.

The price depends on whether you replace the tub, the shower or both, the size of the space, and the finishes and safety features you pick. A designer comes to your home and gives you a free, written quote with every option priced, so there are no surprises.
what to avoid when renovating a bathroom
The common mistakes are tearing out more than you need, hiring several trades who blame each other, and choosing materials with no real warranty. Replace only what needs replacing, use one company that installs and stands behind the work, and get the warranty in writing when the job is done.
