Bathroom Remodeling in Ocala, One Tub or Shower at a Time
What a tub or shower remodel looks like in Ocala, FL, from the first visit to the finished walls.
Ocala has grown fast, from 63,591 people in 2020 to an estimated 71,753 in 2025. Whether you have been here for decades or just moved in, a tired tub or shower wears on you. Maybe stepping over the tub wall feels harder now, or the shower never looks clean. You want it fixed without tearing up the whole bathroom.
In Ocala, bathroom remodeling with a Jacuzzi® system covers the wet area only: the tub, the shower and the walls around them. The floor, the vanity and the cabinets stay as they are. An old tub can come out and a new bathtub can go in. A tub you no longer use can become a walk-in shower with easier step-in access. A worn shower can get new walls, a new base and fixtures in the finish you like. Grab bars or a built-in seat can be part of it too. We have replaced two showers and one bathtub in Ocala. One of those showers, from 2024, has smooth Champagne walls, Brushed Nickel fixtures and a teak seat.
Ocala, in Marion County, combines a historic downtown with modern shopping and parks. Downtown is the Ocala Historic Commercial District, on the National Register since 1999. SR 200 meets I-75 here, and the area has had one of the highest growth rates in the U.S. for its size. None of that tells you what your own bathroom needs, so take a look at it. Is the tub wall hard to step over? Are the shower walls stained no matter how you scrub? Would a seat or a grab bar make you feel steadier?
No two bathrooms are the same, so every shower and tub is quoted in the home. The price depends on what you pick and on your space: the size and layout of the tub or shower area, a shower or a bathtub, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat, shelves or grab bars. The free quote includes the product and the installation. The cost question below has its own page with more detail.
First, you call and set a time for a designer to come to your home. All homeowners are asked to be there. The designer from Love Your Bath listens to what you want, then builds a custom plan with options and a free quote. Anna F. said her designer "catered to our needs for both beauty and safety." You choose the colors, the finishes and any safety features. After the install, the crew goes over every detail with you and activates your lifetime warranty right then.
Once it is done, you step into a shower or tub that fits the way you live now. The surfaces are easy to clean. The seat or grab bar sits right where you wanted it. The warranty covers you for as long as you own your Ocala home, and the rest of the bathroom is just as you left it.

What people in Ocala say
"David H installed our new shower today. He called to tell us of arrival time, worked efficiently, and 6 hours later he was done! His work was professional, clean, and well done. I would recommend LoveYourBath remodel and David H. As installer."
"From my initial conversation at Costco to our sales rep visit with Mike and finally with our installer, Jodeci, we had a wonderful experience. We had a bathtub to shower remodeling done. All of them were courteous, professional and most importantly, honest. Jodeci, came in and did his work. While here, he kept the bathroom area clean by using fans, open windows and keeping doors shut. He kept us in the loop as to what he was doing along the way. By the time he finished, the new shower was exactly as promised. Thank you Jodeci for a job well done. I would recommend this company for any future remodels."
"We had the pleasure of sitting with our Designer Dominick Dennis today. He was very knowledgeable and professional and catered to our needs for both beauty and safety for our new bathroom conversion. I would highly recommend him and all things pertaining to Love Your Bath and hopefully we made a new acquaintance as well. Kudos to Dominick."

"Marcel and Pauly was in communication and very friendly. He explained the process and what to expect, like turning off the water at one point and for how long. They got the installation done in one day, and I saw them clean any smudge they got on the walls while transporting anything. I would definitely use Love Your Bath again!"
