Bathroom Remodeling in Orlando: A New Tub or Shower Your Way
What a tub or shower remodel involves in Orlando, FL, from the design visit to the last detail.
Orlando keeps growing. It was the fastest-growing U.S. metro of over 1 million people in 2023-24. Whether your home is near Lake Eola or across town, an old tub or shower is the kind of thing you put off until it bugs you every day. Now you want it done right, without redoing the whole room.
In Orlando, bathroom remodeling with this team means the tub or shower area only. You might trade an old cast iron tub for a walk-in shower, the way Trish D. an Orlando customer, did. You might want a new bathtub, a barrier-free shower or a shower with a built-in seat. The floor, the vanity and the cabinets stay put. In Orlando, we have replaced one bathtub and two showers. Every one of these is custom, from wall color to fixture finish. The bathtub, from 2023, has walls in a herringbone pattern, Matte Black fixtures and an open entry with no door. One of the showers, from 2025, has Sandshell Beige walls.
Orlando has a warm, humid climate. In any bathroom, grout lines are where mold and mildew tend to start. Jacuzzi® shower walls are grout-free, with antimicrobial surfaces that help reduce mold and mildew buildup. Replacement tubs are made from a durable material with anti-microbial protection. Now look at your own room. Is the grout stained? Is the tub wall hard to get over? Is there no good place to hold on?
Your quote is built in your home, because no two bathrooms are the same. The cost depends on the space, meaning the size and layout of the tub or shower area, and on what you choose: a shower or a bathtub, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat, shelves or grab bars. Product and installation are in the same free quote. The cost question below goes deeper.
It starts with a call to set up a design consultation, and all homeowners are asked to be there. A designer from Love Your Bath listens to what you want and builds a custom plan with options and a free quote. As michael P. put it, the salesman "showed us a visual plan for our bath remodel project." Once you choose, the install is done mainly by their own crews, who are primarily W-2 employees. When the job is finished, the crew goes over every detail with you.
After that, the tub or shower you dreaded using is gone. In its place is one you picked, in colors you like, with the safety pieces you wanted. The rest of your Orlando bathroom looks just as it did.
