Want a new shower without turning the whole bathroom upside down?
What replacing only the shower involves, for Ponte Vedra, FL homes weighing a walk-in shower.
Your Ponte Vedra bathroom is fine except for the shower. The surround looks tired, the door sticks, or the step in is higher than you like. You would rather not live through a full renovation just to fix that one corner of the room, and you want to know what the simpler route really looks like.
The idea behind this search is simple. Keep what already works in the bathroom and change only the shower. A new base and a new wall system go into the cleaned-out shower space. The rest of the room, from the floor to the vanity, is left the way it is. If you like, the new shower can have a low or barrier-free entry and become a walk-in. The walls are grout-free, so there are no grout lines to scrub later.
A real number only comes from a visit, because every shower is quoted in the home. The price follows your space and your picks: the size and layout, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, plus any seat, shelves or grab bars. Ask what each choice adds before you settle on it. The free quote lists the product and the installation together, so nothing is left out.
Start by naming the one or two things you most want fixed. Then call Love Your Bath. A designer comes out, listens and puts together a custom plan with options and a free quote. james Z. wrote, "Brian, the designer, did a great job getting us set up." When it is time to install, the work is done mainly by the company's own crews, and the installers are primarily W-2 employees.
When it is done, you have a shower that looks and works like new, and the rest of the bathroom never had to be torn apart. You did not have to pick a new floor or vanity to get there. In Ponte Vedra, one 2023 shower replacement has Sandshell Beige walls in a 3x6 subway pattern, Brushed Nickel fixtures and a pivot door.
