A New Shower or Tub in One Day: What Is the Catch?
A plain look at fast bathroom remodeling for Venice, FL, and the questions worth asking before you book.
You live in Venice, the City on the Gulf, and you want your worn shower fixed without a long project taking over the house. So when you hear it can happen in a day, it sounds too quick to be any good. You start to wonder what gets skipped to make it fit.
Nothing has to be skipped. A one-day job is quick because the work stays in one place. It is a swap of the old tub or shower for a new Jacuzzi® system, not a rebuild of the bathroom. The new walls are grout-free, so there are no grout lines to fill. The floor and vanity are left as they are.
Most installs take as little as one day, and a second day is rare. What it costs depends on the size and layout of your space, a shower or a tub, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras such as a seat, shelves or grab bars.
Before you book anyone, ask what product goes in and what happens if something goes wrong later. With Love Your Bath, a genuine Jacuzzi system goes in, and a lifetime warranty covers you for as long as you own the home. The crew walks you through every detail at the end and activates the warranty before leaving. Get those two answers first, then start picking colors.
When it is over, the old shower is gone and a new one stands in its place. One Venice customer, Jim K. wrote about the removal of an old tiled shower with glass doors and said "David was friendly and efficiently professional." Three showers in Venice have been replaced, including a 2025 one with smooth Midnight Storm walls and Matte Black fixtures.

Other things people in Venice ask
how much does a jacuzzi bath remodel cost
The price depends on whether you replace the tub, the shower or both, the size of the space, and the finishes and safety features you pick. A designer comes to your home and gives you a free, written quote with every option priced, so there are no surprises.
what to avoid when renovating a bathroom
The common mistakes are tearing out more than you need, hiring several trades who blame each other, and choosing materials with no real warranty. Replace only what needs replacing, use one company that installs and stands behind the work, and get the warranty in writing when the job is done.
