Shower Replacement in Vero Beach for an Easier Daily Routine
What a shower swap involves and how it goes, for homeowners and their families in Vero Beach, FL.
Some people in Vero Beach start looking for a new shower for themselves. Others start looking for a parent, after noticing the step in has gotten harder or the old walls will not come clean no matter what. Either way, the goal is the same: a shower that is safe, easy to clean and does not take over the house while it goes in.
From Castaway Cove on the barrier island to The Moorings and Vero Beach Highlands, a shower replacement here follows one plan. The tired shower is taken out. A Jacuzzi® shower system goes in, with a low basin, a stone or tile look surround and ultra-durable walls built for easy upkeep. Grout-free, antimicrobial surfaces help cut down on mold and mildew buildup. You pick the wall type and color, the base and the fixture colors, and the finished shower is built around those picks. We have replaced three showers in Vero Beach. One, from 2024, has Alabaster walls in a herringbone pattern, Matte Black fixtures and an open entry with no door.
The median age in Vero Beach is 55.6 years. That number is a good nudge to think about the long run when you plan a shower. A seat, grab bars, a low entry or a barrier-free shower can all be part of the plan from the start, while the shower is being replaced anyway. If you live behind a gate, as in Castaway Cove, plan ahead for how the crew will get in on install day.
What the job takes comes down to your space and your choices. The size and layout matter, along with the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish and extras like a seat or shelves. The work stays in the wet area, so floors and vanities are left alone. Questions about price and how long the install takes are answered on the pages linked below.
First, you set up a design visit at the home. Every homeowner is asked to be present. The designer listens to what you want, then builds a custom plan with options and a free quote. You choose your colors, finishes and safety features. On install day, Love Your Bath sends mainly its own installers, who are primarily W-2 employees, so one company is accountable from start to finish. Before the crew leaves, they go over every detail with you.
Once it is in, the shower stops being a worry. Stepping in is simple, and the walls wipe clean. Debbie J. wrote, "Shower was replaced in my parents Villa. Love Your Bath made the process very simple for my family from design to installation."
