One-Day Bath Remodels: Smart Move or Too Good to Be True?
What fast bathroom remodeling means for a Winter Haven, FL home, and the questions that tell good work from rushed work.
The one-day claim sounds great until you think it through. How can a new bath in Winter Haven go in that fast unless something gets skipped? It is a smart question, and the answer has more to do with the size of the job than the speed of the crew.
A one-day job replaces only the wet area. The old tub or shower is taken out, and a Jacuzzi® system goes in. The floor, the vanity and the walls outside the shower are not touched. When the work is that focused, the install can move quickly.
Installs take as little as one day, and some take a second day, which is rare. Janie O. wrote that the installer "worked hard both days that he was here." Your price depends on the size and layout of the space, a shower or a tub, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat or grab bars.
When you call companies this week, ask who will actually install the job. Love Your Bath installs mainly with its own crews, and its installers are primarily W-2 employees. Ask too what product goes in. A fast job is only worth it if you know who did it and what they put in your home.
When it is over, you have a new shower or tub and the rest of your bathroom just as you left it. Three showers in Winter Haven have been replaced, including one with smooth Champagne walls and Oil Rubbed Bronze fixtures. The speed was never the point. The result is.

how much does a jacuzzi bath remodel cost
The price depends on whether you replace the tub, the shower or both, the size of the space, and the finishes and safety features you pick. A designer comes to your home and gives you a free, written quote with every option priced, so there are no surprises.
what to avoid when renovating a bathroom
The common mistakes are tearing out more than you need, hiring several trades who blame each other, and choosing materials with no real warranty. Replace only what needs replacing, use one company that installs and stands behind the work, and get the warranty in writing when the job is done.
