Bathtub Replacement in New Smyrna Beach: What You Get
A plain look at the work, the choices and the price, for homes in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
Maybe your New Smyrna Beach tub has been there as long as you can remember, and it shows. The finish is dull, the edges are stained, and climbing in takes more care than it used to. You want a new tub that is easier to live with, not a whole new bathroom.
Bathtub replacement in New Smyrna Beach takes out the old tub and sets a new Jacuzzi® bathtub in its place, with new walls and the fixture finish you choose. Only the wet area is part of the job. Crews have replaced three showers in New Smyrna Beach so far. A 2025 shower here has smooth Seaside walls, Oil Rubbed Bronze fixtures and a Quarry Topaz base. A 2023 job pairs smooth Crystal Frost walls with Chrome fixtures and a dual bypass door. For a tub, you can pick a classic alcove tub or a deep-soaking tub, with a slip-resistant surface or grab bars.
New Smyrna Beach, in Volusia County, has its downtown on the west side of the Indian River. The beach sits on the barrier island, across the water from the mainland. Roosters roam Flagler Avenue, the city's main street, and the Canal Street Historic District has local shops, restaurants and historic buildings. Your tub plan, though, comes from inside your house. Check the surface, the step over the side, and whether a seat would make bath time easier.
There is no one price, because there is no one bathroom. Yours depends on the size and layout of the tub space, a bathtub or a shower, the base, the wall style and finish, and the fixture finish. Extras like a seat, shelves or grab bars are part of the picture. For a walk-in tub, the tub size and the features you pick matter. The free quote, given in your home, covers the product and the installation.
First, you call Love Your Bath. A designer then visits, and all homeowners are asked to sit in. The designer listens and builds a custom plan with options and a free quote, and you pick the colors, finishes and safety features. On install day, the crew handles the work. Jon F. wrote that "clean up was like he wasn't even here." At the end, the crew reviews every detail and activates the lifetime warranty on the spot.
When it is done, the old tub is a memory. Your New Smyrna Beach bathroom has a tub that keeps its color and cleans up fast, with a warranty that covers you as long as you own the home. If you added grab bars, they sit right where you asked for them. The questions below cover cost, one-day installs and how to pick a tub.
