Bathtub Replacement in Ponte Vedra, Without Redoing the Room

In Ponte Vedra, you may love your home and still be done with the tub. Maybe it is dated, stained or hard to climb into, while the rest of the bathroom is just fine. Swapping the tub on its own lets you fix the part that bothers you without starting over.

Ponte Vedra, in St. Johns County, is primarily a residential area, with A1A running along the coast and Sawgrass Country Club among its neighborhoods. Whatever kind of home you have here, a bathtub replacement works on the wet area only. The tired tub is lifted out, and a new Jacuzzi® bathtub is set in with a wall system around it. You can choose a classic alcove tub or a deep-soaking tub. Slip-resistant surfaces, grab bars and built-in seating are options you can add. We have replaced three showers in Ponte Vedra, among them a 2025 shower with Platinum walls in a carved stone pattern, Brushed Nickel fixtures and a dual bypass door.

The Ponte Vedra area borders the Guana Tolomato Matanzas reserve, and TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach hosts The Players Championship. None of that changes how a tub goes in. What changes the job is your own bathroom. Stand in it and ask yourself a few things. Is stepping over the side getting harder? Would a seat or a grab bar help? Do you want a deep soak, or mostly a quick, easy bath?

Installs take in as little as one day; some take a second day, but rarely. The quote is built in your home from the size and layout of your tub space, the base you pick, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and add-ons like a seat, shelves or grab bars. It includes the product and the installation. The cost and timing questions each get a fuller answer below.

First, call Love Your Bath and pick a time for a visit. A designer comes to your home, listens to what you want and builds a custom plan with options and a free quote. All homeowners are asked to be present. Mark S. wrote that Brooke, the salesperson, "was so helpful in guiding us through the process." Then you choose your tub, wall color, finish and safety features. On install day, the crew takes out the old tub, puts in the new one, then walks you through the finished work.

When it is done, you have a tub that suits the way you live now, and you kept the bathroom you already liked. Getting in is easier if you chose a seat or grab bars, and the surface cleans up fast. Your Ponte Vedra home is back to normal, just with a better tub in it.
