Tub-to-Shower Conversion in Titusville: A Step, Not a Climb

If your Titusville bathroom has a tub you mostly use as a shower, you know the routine. You grip the edge, lift a leg over the wall and hope the floor is not slick. A walk-in shower in that same spot can make the morning easier without touching the rest of the room.

Whether you live in La Grange, Bellwood, South Titusville or near Downtown Titusville, the idea is the same. The old tub comes out, and a low-threshold Jacuzzi® shower goes into that space. Your choices cover the wall type and color, the base type and color, and the color of the fixtures. A built-in seat, shelves or grab bars can go in too. The work stays in the wet area, so your floors and vanity are not part of it. In Titusville, the work includes two bathtub replacements and one shower replacement. That 2024 shower replacement has smooth Platinum walls, Matte Black fixtures and a fold-down seat.

Titusville is the county seat of Brevard County. It sits on the Indian River, west of Merritt Island and Kennedy Space Center, and from Space View Park near downtown, visitors look across the river toward the launch pads. Still, none of it decides how your shower is put in. What changes your job is your own bathroom. Look at how the tub sits now and how tight the space feels. Think about who uses the room and whether a seat or a bar to hold would help them.

Cost has its own answer in the questions below, so here is the short version. There is no set price, because no two bathrooms are the same. Every shower is quoted in your home. The price depends on the size and layout of the space, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat or grab bars. That free quote takes in both the product and its installation.

First, you call Love Your Bath to set up a free design visit, and all homeowners are asked to be there. Next, a designer comes to your home, listens to what you want, and builds a custom plan with options and a free quote. Then you pick the colors, finishes and safety features that suit you. On install day, the crew removes your tub and puts the new shower where it was. When the job is done, the crew goes over every detail and activates your lifetime warranty right then.

After that, your morning shower starts with a step instead of a climb. The rest of the room stays as it was, with a fresh shower where the tub used to be. Jen H. put it simply: "They have options that you can mix and match!" David B. wrote that the installer, Tristan, "left the bathroom cleaner than when he started."
