Walk-In Showers in Titusville: An Easier Step Into Your Shower
What a walk-in shower is, how the job goes and what shapes the price, for homes in Titusville, FL.
Maybe the tub wall has started to feel taller than it used to. Maybe you just want a shower that is easier to keep clean. Either way, if you live in Titusville, from La Grange and Bellwood to South Titusville, this page walks through what a walk-in shower is and how getting one goes.
A walk-in shower replaces a tub or an old shower with a Jacuzzi® shower system you can step into. The entry is low or barrier-free, so there is no high wall to lift your leg over. You choose a built-in seat and grab bars and put them where you need them. The walls are ultra-durable panels with grout-free, antimicrobial surfaces that help reduce mold and mildew buildup. In a Titusville home, the work happens only in the wet area. Your floor, vanity and the rest of the room stay as they are. Very low-profile custom pans are an option, and they are made when the existing shape fits.
Titusville sits on the Indian River, west of Merritt Island and Kennedy Space Center, and it is the county seat of Brevard County. Those facts do not change the way a walk-in shower is put in. What changes the answer is your own bathroom. Here in Titusville, the team has replaced two bathtubs and one shower so far. Before anyone visits, check how you use the room now. Do you stand in a tub to shower? Does someone need a seat? Is there a wall where a grab bar would help?
Because each Titusville bathroom is different, every walk-in shower is priced in person, in the home. The price depends on what you pick and on the space: the size and layout, whether it is a shower or a tub, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat, shelves or grab bars. That free quote rolls the product and the installation into one number. Installs take as little as one day, and some take a second day.
First, you call and set a time for a design visit. All homeowners are asked to join that first visit. Next, a Love Your Bath designer visits, hears what you want, and builds a custom plan with options and a free quote. Anna B. wrote that the representative "showed us style, color, and hardware options in our home." Then you pick your walls, base and fixture colors. Last, the old tub or shower comes out and the new one goes in.
Once it is in, you walk into your shower instead of climbing into it. A seat waits if you want to sit, and a bar is there when you reach. "Was professional from beginning to end. The sales rep was knowledgeable about his product. From there the company stayed in regular contact with me advising of timelines with product ordering, permits, etc. Once the installation date was set, a wonderful installer named Angie came and completed the demo and installation single handedly. She was professional, neat and obviously experienced in what she was doing. The company even went over and above driving to a distribution center in Orlando early morning to pick up a special drain needed for my installation to be completed on time. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel."
"We just purchased a Jacuzzi shower remodel from Love Your Bath.
