Bathroom Remodeling in Kissimmee: Just the Tub or Shower
What a tub or shower remodel looks like for homes in Kissimmee, FL, from the first visit to the finished job.
Kissimmee is the county seat of Osceola County, and visitors pass through town to reach Walt Disney World. For the people who live here, the bathroom is a daily space. If your tub or shower is worn, hard to step into, or hard to keep clean, you do not have to tear out the whole room to fix it.
Bathroom remodeling here means the wet area only. That is the tub or the shower, and nothing else in the room. A Jacuzzi® system goes in where your old one was. You can swap a tub for a shower, a shower for a tub, or choose a walk-in tub or walk-in shower with an easier way in. Grab bars, a built-in seat and a low entry can be part of the plan. Floors, vanities and full remodels are not part of the work. We have replaced three showers in Kissimmee. One, from 2024, has Alabaster walls in a herringbone pattern, Chrome fixtures and a teak seat.
Kissimmee sits along US 192 and I-4, and Shingle Creek runs through town. Kissimmee Lakefront Park is here too. Those are good things to know about the place, but they do not decide your remodel. Your own bathroom does. Look at it with fresh eyes. Is the tub hard to step over? Do you see stained grout or mold? Would a seat or grab bars help you, or a parent who visits? Write down what bothers you most. That short list shapes the plan.
The price depends on what you pick and on your space. The size and layout of the tub or shower area matter. So do the choice of a shower or a bathtub, the base, the wall style and finish, and the fixture finish. Extras like a seat, shelves or grab bars change it too. For a walk-in tub, the tub size and the comfort and safety features you choose count. Installs take In as little as One Day, and some take a second day, rarely.
First, you call and set a time. A designer comes to your home and listens to what you want. Everyone who owns the home is asked to be there. You pick the wall color, the base and the fixture finish, and you get a plan with options and a free quote. Love Your Bath then schedules the install. When the crew finishes, they walk you through the job. Yolanda V. described her visit as "not pushy, just a pleasant conversation on redoing our tub shower into a shower only."
When it is done, you have a tub or shower that fits you. The surfaces are smooth, with no grout lines to scrub, and the entry feels easier. One Kissimmee shower from 2025 has smooth Platinum walls and Matte Black fixtures. The rest of your bathroom stays just as it was.
