Bathtub Replacement in Kissimmee, Start to Finish
What the work covers, what the price depends on and how a visit goes, for homeowners in Kissimmee, FL.
Maybe the old tub is stained, chipped or just tired, and you are done scrubbing it. If you live in Kissimmee, you probably want it gone without turning the whole house upside down. Bathtub replacement does that: the old tub comes out, a new Jacuzzi® tub goes in, and the rest of the bathroom stays put.
For a Kissimmee home, the job centers on the tub area and nothing else. The old tub comes out and a new Jacuzzi® bathtub goes in its place. You can choose a classic alcove tub or a deep-soaking tub, both in mold-resistant, easy-to-clean materials. Slip-resistant surfaces, grab bars and built-in seating are options. You also pick the wall type and color, the base type and color, and the fixture colors. The replacement tub is made from a durable material that resists damage, keeps its color and has anti-microbial protection. So the new tub is made for the way you bathe, not pulled off a shelf.
Kissimmee is the county seat of Osceola County, and Shingle Creek runs through town. Neither fact changes how a tub goes in. What shapes your job is your own bathroom. Before the visit, take a slow look at your tub. Is it hard to step over? Would a seat or a grab bar help? Does the finish stain no matter how you scrub? Jot those down. We have replaced three showers in Kissimmee, and a list like yours is a good place to start.
The price depends on what you pick and on your space. That means the size and layout of the tub area, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat, shelves or grab bars. Every tub is quoted in your home, because bathrooms differ. The free quote covers the product and the installation together.
First, you call and set a time for the design visit. Next, a designer from Love Your Bath comes to your home, listens to what you want, and builds a custom plan with options and a free quote. All homeowners are asked to be there for it. Then you choose your colors, finishes and safety features. After that comes install day, which takes in as little as one day. When the work is done, the crew goes over every detail with you.
Afterward, you have a tub you chose piece by piece, in a bathroom that otherwise looks the way it always has. VinceP put it plainly: "The installers were on time, professional, courteous and respectful of our home." That is the kind of install day worth asking for.
