Bathtub Replacement in Leesburg, Without Redoing the Room
How a tub swap works, what drives the price and what to expect on install day, for homes in Leesburg, FL.
Leesburg sits between Lake Harris and Lake Griffin, and its motto is The Lakefront City. If your tub at home has seen better days, you may be ready for a new one but not for weeks of work. Bathtub replacement changes the tub and leaves the rest of your bathroom just as it is.
In Leesburg, bathtub replacement is a narrow task: pull the old tub and put a new Jacuzzi® bathtub in its spot. The choices are yours. You can go with a classic alcove tub or a deep-soaking tub, and add a slip-resistant surface, grab bars or built-in seating. You also choose the wall type and color, the base type and color, and the fixture colors. The new tub is made from a durable material that resists damage, keeps its color and has anti-microbial protection. Only the wet area is touched, so the room around the tub stays put.
U.S. 27, U.S. 441 and S.R. 44 all pass through Leesburg, and Venetian Gardens sits on the shore of Lake Harris. None of that changes the tub itself. What changes your job is how you use your bathroom. Think about the step over the tub wall, the spots that never come clean, and whether a seat or grab bar would help. We have replaced three showers in Leesburg, including Seaside walls in an 8x10 tile pattern with Oil Rubbed Bronze fixtures and a dual bypass door.
The price rests on your picks and your space: the size and layout of the tub area, a tub or a shower, the base, the wall style and finish, the fixture finish, and extras like a seat, shelves or grab bars. Each job is priced in the home. The free quote covers the product and the installation.
First, you call to set a time. Next, a designer from Love Your Bath visits, listens to what you want and builds a custom plan with options and a free quote, with all homeowners asked to be there. Then you pick colors, finishes and safety features. Install day follows, and the work takes in as little as one day. At the end, the crew goes over every detail with you.
Afterward, the old tub is gone and your bathroom is back in use. Blanche O. wrote that the sales representative "explained the process so that I knew what to expect." That is how it should feel: you know each step, and then it is done.

"Looks amazing. Reno of 25yo condo shower with filthy grout, dated tile and horrible shower door. 6 weeks from initial call to installation. This group really works as a team to coordinate everything. Purchased through Costco to get additional promotions. Jared, Lindsay, Courtney, and Kimberly were great, but the gold star goes to the installer Jason who went above & beyond to make it all perfect. Entire group was professional, available, and pleasant to work with. It is worth the extra $ to have it done right!"
